Prior to opening online registration for the clubs, you must prepare the system for the next event.
1 . Clear out the previous GAR tournament data and transfer the To-Post Registration information to the Event and Menu Setup pages. If you are looking to fill-out the Registration To-Post Form, go to the To-Post Form Setup page here➡️
Changes can always be made directly via the Event Setup and Menu Setup pages. You can view the registrants at any time from the Registrants menu. Go to View Registrants page.
2. After registration has closed, generate and send Registration Confirmation form to each club.
3. After the closing date and registrants have been confirmed, run process entries to copy registrants to the Players List. Canceled registrants and any registrant marked as "alternate" will not be copied. If you would like to activate an alternate, simply uncheck the "Alternate player?" box in the Registration screen and re-run "Process Registrants". Only unprocessed registrants will be added to the Players List.
