The are several documents that can be useful before or during your GAR Event.
The Lunch Accounting page gives a count of each of the lunch options. This can be printed and given to the restaurant.
The Hole Assignment is used in the hole assignment process. After your Pro has assigned each player a starting hole, you will need to update the GAR system with this information. The GAR Management System hole assignment process allows you to do this. It's required for the Table Assignment, Cart Assignment and Check-in Documents to have starting hole information. In addition, the hole assignment process also computes the 6, 3 and 1 hole handicaps used for breaking ties. This information can be found in the Players List .
The Table Assignment Document is a listing of golfers plus people who are only having lunch. Remember to register volunteers and others who are only having lunch via the registration process.
Two other documents the Cart Assignment and Check In Document are as their name suggests used during the event for cart management and event registration respectively.
