If you don't have access to Golf Genius, you can assign holes directly in GMS. You must have completed the pairings using GMS. Updating the hole assignments will automatically trigger the calculation of the playing handicaps.
Follow these steps to update the hole information using the form below:
Configure the hole assignment plan.
Assign the side or course name to each division.
Select the holes that you do not want to use.
Click "Generate Plan" for GMS to generate an hole assignment plan. If the are more groupings than holes on a side, GMS will assign more than one group to as many holes as required.
The newly generated plan will display in the Hole Assignment table below. You may change the hole assignment as you see fit.
When satisfied, click "Save Hole Assignments" to accept the plan.
To view the updated Players List, go to the Players List page.
