Host Event Accounting Form

During the event setup, an Host Accounting Form is automatically generated for your specific event.  After the event has completed, please enter your event's award payout and split-the-pot accounting details in the Host Accounting Form.  The form will save your changes as you go, so you don't have to complete the form in one sitting.  After you are done, the form may be printed from the screen or saved to your computer by choosing  "Save as PDF" as the printer.  Clicking the "Start" button below will get you started as well as retrieve the latest version of the form.
